Tag: FTWM vs SAHM

This tag came from Etcetera~mummy. Personally feel is quite an interesting TAG. Been working mum for 1-2 yrs, I have been thinking to be a SAHM as well, when i feel bottleneck between working and house stuff.. really think of that. But when cool down, think another way round..

I believe most of the FTWM have the same feeling like mine.. cannot decide where to go sometimes... we not like men, we concern more stuffs than them... we always try our best to give our famly or kid to have a better environment and make sure everything is in order... haha.. i think men will depends on 'wife' to 'take care' of the family stuffs...

But at this moment, I can say I will prefer to be FTWM... due to:

1. Financial Independent. I prefer to spend my own money .. and I do not need to explain how I spend it, coz is MY OWN MONEY!! Feel good also..hehe.. I do believe if 1 day i become SAHM, i will not spend as how I spend now.. FYI. I am not really shop a lot person. But when I really shop, i can just buy watever I like w/o think twice ... and enjoy the feeling.. I work and I shop using my own 'efforts'... self satisfaction ya... i can buy the toys for my son w/o think twice... coz is my own money...heheh.. no ppl will question how i use it.


2. I am Impatient person. If asking me to stay whole day taking care of kids.. and u know.. kids are naughty.. and maybe not do watever you 'wish to' sometimes. This will drive me mad... Thus i prefer to work, and come back playing with my son or spend the times with him... and I will be more 'patient' as well, coz is only short time ... I will be more care and loves my son ..

3. More personal life. I wil have more own time... when i driving to and from works, listen to my favourite song, favourite hot topics from DJ, have nice lunch with colleagues, more social life and not 'out of track'. Chatting with my frens during working times...chatting include 'web chat' ...kekek...

Of coz ... there are a lot of others fun to be a SAHM, but as i can say... it might be happened to be in my next life milestone, but not yet.

And of coz ... to be a FTWM, i got to rush !!! rush between home and work. There is always pro and con on everything... as long as we must know how to appreciate what we had now and enjoy the way we living now....

1. I like to shop about shoes.... mm.. my hubby will ask me to 'move' when pass by shoe shops :))

2. I love to buy slimming product as well, but normallly i will use for the 1st week (sometimes like 3 days). Later will forgot or lazy.. till 1 day i found it expire and throw away.. wasting money oh???

3. I ALWAYS say KEEP FIT!!! but I still always go 'makan makan' with my frens, there is no fruit salad or skip meal in my dictionary ^_^ (life w/o makan is such a painful, torture to me) LOL...

4. I like to scratch my head when i start thinking... [bad habbit that caused fall hairs :( ]

5. I always dream of to have a small cafe when i no need to work anymore... nice and relax enviroment, served with coffee and simple nice food.. (food again..hahah) .. at nite will have some live band performance on soft and nice music (even think of myself go sing that..) hahah... DREAMING !!! ei.. wake up wake up...

6. Ya.. i always think 1 day i can keep very very fit and wear nice nice cloth / evening gowns to attend any dinner.. (this 'dream' will hapen when i saw nice gowns or cloth while shoping or from megazine)... hoping tat day come faster ah...

7. Dunno why, I always think negative.. i always take extra careful when i go and down staircase (I scare i will fall down), I think i will got into accident when i driving (damn, i drive everyday)... when there is some issues, i always think how if .... (bad thing again)... eiks... pressures ya ??

Wow.. so fast 7 liao... got to stop then... looks like a lot of 'dreams' here ah....kekeke !!

10 ways he pissed me off

Recently really busy.... kena tag by this auntie "CutiePrincessMummy" and promised to blog it ... drag long time liao.. today die die also spend 10 min to kau tim it...keke...

1. Computer Game. Same as cutiePrincessMummy hubby... he can spend all the times he had, and go up his room to play game.. untill i yelled him down... free time, busy time, anytime... any opportunity that he can 'snake' out, will be 'disappear' from my view.. I had told him to 'play' only free time, or after our son sleep.. Nowadays, he will spend his time in this study room till mid nite... Only God will know he is working or playing games...

2. No direction sense. Everywhere we go, I have to lead him the way. Eventhough we had been to that places for few times.. but still. Good point is he will dunno where to 'sa sa kuan'... coz he dunno the way..hahaha... Bad thing is everytime i have to lead the way, if sometimes i forgot to 'point'... he will missed the turn and take the big round. Or blame me point wrongly. (I said turn left in front, he can be reached there and ask me ' turn right?"). He dont wan to ask ppl around if we lost direction on new place, prefer to turn turn turn and turn. fainted.

3. Very forgetful. As i had planned something or reminded him on certain thing. He will forgot totally in the next minute that caused me very ANGRY! Sometime i requested him to act immediately but he likes to drag .. later forgot.

4. Less interaction with my family members.Same with CPM again. When we back to hometown, he seldom tok to my family members.. which I really not so happy on it. Did not take initiative to interact with them.

5. No common sense/super BLUR in 'small' thing to him, but 'BIG" thing to women. He can seeing me carry son + taking some stuff going up, and just follow my back without helping. Until I asked him only he realise and fast fast help.. Or seeing me back from works.. carrying notebook + handbag + other thing... He will carry the son and stand in front of the door (with lock) and wait for me (but not open the door), while i standing there, try to free up a hand to search hse key from my messy handbag.... angry or not??

6. Dog issue. He is dog lover.. since small already had a dog at home... but me never had a dog before. So our perception of dog will be different, to me is a animal only. But to him is a fren and something 'valuable'. Since we had kid... I would suggest better leave the animal far away from kid and take precaution on that (animal flur is very bad for kids). So, dog flur is all spread in our car porch, even he promised to sweep everyday (sometime not everyday) and my dog got skin sensitive problem. I dare not let my son play or walk in our car porch area, he had only play inside the hse... So , u can imagines our conflicts on these...

Ei... so far i only can think until now... although is 6 only, but is already get me crazy when it happen and happen again, even though he promise to be more alert and more caring... But he is 'BLUR' type of ppl... ei..

Of coz, out of these, he is willing to help on anything i asked.. buy us stuff if he foudn out we like it... etc Those u can find in 10 reasons why I married my hubby. I understand there is no perfect man, of coz i am not perfect woman as well.. ^o^

So, the truth is : We are from different planet... sometimes is hard to understand each other needs, only way is to tolerant ... "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" .. is Damn Right!!! hahaha !!

Knew him for 1 yr ++ then start 'pak to' for 2 yrs + ... marriage life about : 3 yrs ++ wow... ngam ngam 7 yrs leh... dunno got "7 years itchy" or not .. CHOI !!!!

me very lazy in writing lar... Can i just put in point form + some little elaboration? heheh

1. He will help when I exhausted. He will help everythign when i need him...no matter what jobs is it, some men will refuse on helping certain thing ,etc ...
2. Confident. He is very confident on himself, which I dont really have with me... try to learn from him ..
3. Fast decision maker. He can make a very firm decision once decide. Sometimes, once I had made some decisons, i not really firm on it... So he will help me to analysis the situation and explain every point to me ...
4. Good temper. Hehe... Ppl that know me and him, always said I bully him... coz i am impatient ppl, u know, impatient means temper not so good also lor.... is good that 1 hard and 1 soft, if not, everyday sure 'bang' till 'pong pong' sounds...
5. Know exactly what is his direction. He know exactly what he want or he should do at certain stage, which me always blur on what is my directions... and he will lead me to the right path when i out of track :p
6. Good looking ... hehe.. pai say lar.. he looks 'good' to me... very leng chai..hahah.. oklar... u no need to believe me lar.... kekek...
7. Cloth matching - I see some wives like need to do the matching job for the hubby... for cloth. This is no such works for me, he know exactly what cloth to buy for himself and how to match ... Less works for me.
8. He will buy me gift/flowers on our annerverseries, my birthdays, valentine days.. since we start pak toh... Frankly speaking, i dont want him to spend tat money... u know .. is very exp, esp during 'peak season'. But of coz i will very happy in receiving it... This yr, i insist asking him not to buy it... if he is very very rich, then i dont mind, but i think i prefer the same amt of $$ to use in other more meaning and needed place.
9. He no smoking, no alcoholic beverage for him. I dont like smokes smell... alcoholic i not really rejected, but too dpends on it will raise a lot of problems...
10. Of coz ... he Loves me... hehe.. the most important thing must put 'last' mah...he loves me, my son ... our Family.. He will do whatever thing that good for us... spend $$ for exp toys... exp present.. just if he found we like it....

You know what, when i start writing the points.. i think i cannot write 10 points here... but when i start typing... all the points just come to my mind and my hand just continue type w/o pause...and like wan to write more but already reach Point 10. heheh... so... u can guess what i means ya...

I wish we can hand hold hand when we like 70-80 yrs old, walking in the park peacefully everyday ... Wish my dream come true ya....!!!

[A is for age]:
Ei...over 3 a bit liao..hehehe... but still very leng lui !!! (dont vomit ya)

[B is for booze of choice]:
I still prefer plain water and coffee woh..

[C is for career]:
I am not a ambitious woman, but no work no money (sad).
But i am thinking i can own a small business, some sort like a coffee hse, prepare some nice and simple food, for after tea break, to provide a nice chat enviroment for the women like us...hehe.. hows nice..

[D is for your most dreaded]:
Once in company trip, mid nite brought us to the palm oil plantation, place me under a tree.. and pick me up after 1/2 hr... where there is no touch light, nothing at all.. just rely on the moon light and very quiet... i SCARED like HELL!!!

[E is for essential items you use everyday]:
like quite a lot oh... i think use water the most !!!

[F is for favorite song at the moment]:
I love you.. you love me... we are happy family... (barney ending song), i have to sing for my son to sleep every night, feel the rythem very peaceful and nice....

Yoga... sometimes.. when i not lazy ..kekeke

I Love Food !! Japanese food, spicy food... etc. And I like to cook as well.. but not as creative and as good as Wokking Mum..

Starfruits....Actually I love the juice made from my 1st sis..
"Ang Mo Kan Na" + Sun Moi Juice (dunno wat it call in english / cantonese, this is in Hokkien)
"Ang Tau Ka" (blend red beans with ais and ais cream)
My sis open a 'cha sat'.. proper called in my hometown is called 'suet sui tong', selling ais kacang, loong ngan sui, fruits juices, softdrink, aiscreams..etc in my hometown, everytime go to her store, she will make me this juices..hehe.. love it!

1 super monster. Think to get him another sis/bro and tutup kedai... but not so soon...
