Not feeling well today as no mood to work, drop some stuff on my blog...
Recenlty feel very easy to get tire and back pains... Damn it.. especially last whole week, have to lay on sometihing to support my back to release the ache... have difficulties for my night sleep recently :(
Some ppl said, after delivered, women will have to take care our body well.. a lot of problems oh... Is really true... we got not enuf sleep as need to wake up at nite to feed milk to our angels/monsters .... we have to work during day time, after work, quick bath, quick dinner (till cannot digest like tat) and the little one will stick us like koala bear.... Once you make them sleep (tire jobs, agree?), you have no more strenghts.... You have no time for yourself at all... no time to keep fit, no time to read yr favourite books... movies...
Yday had the worst night for me.. cannot sleep.. only able to sleep at 5 am ++ , can you believe that?? I carried my son go to bed at 9 pm ++, and myself also fall into sleep... wake up at 12 ++ , cannot sleep, so go wash cloths, do some hseworks... then go watch a DVD.. 3 am ++.. back to bed, cannot sleep, till 5 am ++ only sleep... Ei... any solution for that??
me taking leave on this coming wed to relax a bit, go for hair cutting.. and go for a recommended Indo tradisional urut, which believe can help (my fren tried and told me is workable)... Let see how...
ops.. got tag homeworks todo... think going to do it tomolo, today really BO LAT !!! dying half way liao...

Cheese Cake Recipe
Finally, had promise one of the blogger to post the recipe..
me personally found this recipe is quite simple and easy to do.. as i am not good in doing the bakery jobs..heheh...
Oh ya.. thanks to Hazel for providing me the recipe...

Ingredients:
1 Kraft Philedelphia Cheese (silver packing)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 lemon
8 pieces of McVities Digestive biscuit
50gm Butter
1 can of peaches / mandarin orange (optional)
Method:
Heat up oven at 125ºC for 5 minutes
Wax a pie pan with some butter (preferably 8" in size)
Crush 8 pieces of Digestive biscuits in clean plastic bag until fine
Heat up pot and melt 50gms butter
Once butter is all melted, pour in crushed digestive
biscuits and stir into a paste.
Pour everything into pan, and press down the biscuit. make it compact.
Bake the crust in oven for about 5 minutes (same temperature, and check every now and then)
after 5 minutes, take out and let cool
Cheese
Use cake mixer and mix in whole block of philedelphia
cheese and sugar for
about 5-7 minutes or until fine.
Add in eggs one by one
Beat until smooth texture
Scrape the lemon skin for to get lemon grind and squeeze
out about 1
tablespoon of juice then pour into mixing bowl.
Continue to beat for another 7 minutes
Once it's well beaten, pour the cheese liquid on top of the
biscuit crust
and gently tap the pan on table to remove air bubbles.
Bake in oven for about 40-45 minutes depending on the oven
heat. Should be
at 125ºC.
Optional:
Fruits
Once the cake is cooled down for a about 5-10 minutes, cut
slice fruits and place on cake as you wish. Then refrigerate the cake.
Jelly
You can place a jelly on top of cheese or place other fruit in the jelly as well, think will be nice with the transparent layer on top of cheese cake.
Before refrigerating, remember to cover the cake with a
cling wrap otherwise the cake will dry up.

Valentine 2007
Here come the 2007 Valentine lor....
Had a peaceful and nice lunch with my hubby. Since we cannot have our dinner as we have to take care of our little Monster... But at least something lor.. lunch.. which i can eat peacefully (with my son with us, never get peaceful meal... hahaha).
Went to a nearby restorant in my office, called "Simply White". Sometimes i went there for their set lunch with colleague. A nice decorated shop .. as the name 'White'... table, chairs.. all white.
Today we order some special food, their famous English style roasted duck. Not bad.. if u pass by Kuchai Lama, same row with the Old Town Cafe shop.. you can try so. Taste good and price reasonable.
Mm... think back, every year my hubby (last time bf lar) will buy me flower, but this yr i ask him not to do so.. really too expensive and not worth it.. Esp in this 'big day', price like killing .. i rather use the money to have a nice meal or buy toys for my son..haha.. unless my hubby is very very rich.. then ok lar...hahah..
Sometime we might need to have some special day for us to look forward, else life will be a bit bore ah...
Oh ya.. in this valentine day, i found out a blog... called wokking mum is such a nice blog ... cannot imagine there is such a creative mum to prepare those food the the kids... thought those 'food' only appear in a "KIDS RECIPE" books .... kind of impress and surprise for me on this valentine ... loves, patient and cares ... from a mum to the kids... although she is a house wife, but hsewife jobs is not easy, housework + taking care of kids already kill most of the time and squeeze all the strengths.. she still able to come out such a nice creative meal for the family.. how lucky is her kids + family members... solute for her !!! (good for me, tat i can curi some recipe from her)...kekek...
Happy Valentine to all my family and frens !!!
p/s: looks like i have to put more patients and loves in by blog leh... very pai say.. my blog so 'skinny', should feed with more nutrious food.... hahaha!!
