Dinner #5

Long time no post my home-made meals...

recent cook less and spend times on tidying up and cleaning hse...
here we go:

Frog porridge (田鸡粥) -田鸡,ginger,wolfberries
Got this when i go to wet market in serdang.. RM10 per plate about 4 frogs ... I heard this 田鸡 is very good for kids... so just cook a pot of porridge for them ..


Luo Han Gua with Sea Coconut, red dates ,蜜枣 and rock sugar..
I used to cook this during wkend... esp recently the weather so hot and Luo Han Guo believe can reduce phlegm 痰



My son and hubby favourite.. actually i dont really like it.. i took most of the brocoli to eat only..haha



Assam Fish & vege
I use boneless fish .. salt and flour to marinate... 过过油 (fried in hot oil for a while) {this will make the meat more soft and pre-cook , thus u no need to over cook it.. u know overcook fish meat is very 'hard'}
- chili paste cube (home-made from fren)
- tomato, longbeans, lady finger, onion, etc (watever vege u like)
- Limau 'lipis'/nipis juice (dunno how to spell)
Believe me.. this is yummy!!!

Wow, feel so hungry now, althought had taken lunch. :) Looks so delicious! You must be a good chef...will ask my wife cook Assam fish if she is 'free'.
